Finding custom apparel for sports teams or groups can be a challenge, often requiring ordering from different sources and compromising on design elements. This lack of tailored options leads to a disconnect between clothing and personal expression.
A fully functional website where individuals can seamlessly design and personalize their own clothing items. With the customization options such as different styles, colors and patterns, users can curate their perfect garment. Additionally, the platform offers the option to incorporate logos, graphics and numbers, catering to sports teams. Thousands of people used the website to customize their clothing.
We asked the client what problems they are facing when it comes to selling clothing for schools. Based on our conversations they had a clear and vivid vision of what they needed.
The pre-production phase involved gathering a diverse range of designs from the client. These formed the basis for detailed 3D models, while we also meticulously designed the UX/UI to ensure a seamless and visually captivating personalization process.
This phase was all about translating creative ideas into tangible, visual forms, setting the stage for the next steps of the project. We transformed intricate designs into captivating textures, followed by creating 40 3D models for both men's and women's clothing, refining each detail.
Simultaneously, we developed IT solutions that enabled various functionalities. A user-friendly category system (sports, genders, clothing items) was introduced. Users gained the freedom to customize elements like necklines, sleeves, patterns, colors, logos, and graphics.
The system generated detailed order PDFs and streamlined communication via emails to New Balance's database. Users could interactively view products from different angles, zoom, and add customized orders to their cart.
We entered the final and also the most critical phase: preparing for the launch. In this stage, we meticulously examined the service and resolved bugs to deliver a flawless experience. We prepared marketing content for the launch.
